This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you visit pz003.com (the “Site”) and send us a request.

2. What data we collect

Request form: phone number, the mobile operator determined from the number, your preferred contact method (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or phone call), the message you write, site language, the page from which the request was sent, IP address, date and time.

Your message may contain health information (for example about alcohol use or symptoms). Please write only what is needed for a consultation. You do not have to give your name.

When you visit the Site: IP address and the approximate location derived from it (city, country), browser and device information (User-Agent), the referring page, the page opened, time of visit, and a random visitor identifier.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • To respond to your request and provide a consultation — your consent (form checkbox).
  • To protect the Site from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest.
  • To understand the number and sources of visits — our legitimate interest.
  • To measure the effectiveness of Facebook advertising — only with your cookie consent.
  • To show the Site in your preferred language.

4. Cookies and browser storage

  • pz_vid (2 years) — random visitor identifier, so the same visitor is not counted twice.
  • pz_lang_pref, pll_language (1 year) — selected language.
  • pz_consent (1 year) — your cookie choice.
  • _fbp, _fbc — Meta (Facebook) Pixel, only if you accept.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — technical data needed for the anti-bot check.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Data is processed only through the following services and only as needed for the purposes above. Some of them may be located outside Mongolia and Russia:

  • Telegram — delivering request and visit notifications to clinic staff;
  • ipwho.is — determining approximate location and language from the IP address;
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — spam protection;
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook) — only with your consent;
  • Google (maps) — displaying the map on the page;
  • our hosting provider — running the Site.

6. Retention

Request data is kept for 365 days and visitor identifiers for 730 days, after which they are deleted automatically, unless the law requires a longer period.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to pz003mongolia@gmail.com; we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the competent personal data authority.

8. Security

The Site uses HTTPS encryption, and only authorised staff can access request data. No system is 100% secure, but we take measures to reduce risks.

9. Minors

The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over. If the question concerns a minor, a parent or guardian should contact us.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
